Back in March, Panasonic announced two new cameras – the Lumix G2 and G10.

The latest additions will both feature a 12.1 megapixel sensor, a three-inch LCD touchscreen and will both be capable of recording HD video in 1280 x 720p at 30 fps.  They will also come packing an interchangeable 14-42mm F3.5-5.6 lens, plus a  host of other glorious, techy features!

Plus, as well as being used for capturing and autofocusing on a subject simply by touching the screen, the display on both cameras can also be used to change settings and browse through photos already stored on the camera by using slide gestures.  Nice touch!

Panasonic have said that both of these new models will now be available in May 2010 and will cost $799 for the G2 and $599 for the G10.
