Unfortunately I will never purchase a trip-lite product every again. We purchased about 40 of their UPS (battery backup units). Within 6 months almost every single one had failed. We kept RMAing them. Our poor receptionist almost had a full time job just doing RMA’s on them. Eventually Trip-Lite support told us they would no longer RMA for us because “We had RMA’ed too many products”.

We eventually just wrote them off. And occasionally scowl at the products.

Looks identical to the travel suppressor from Kensington. Perhaps they’re getting it from the same OEM.
