Though I will agree that it is a bit of a pain w/ unintentionally pushing buttons while trying to get a good fit, it is otherwise a snap to link up, no time to charge & actually use - even with my phone at a good distance. Overall I'm very happy & grateful to have read this article prior to making my purchases 2011, and I just bought a Prime ‘Ear Candy’ for myself & another for my dad (who’s not the most tech saavy, yet willing to try :) Paid around $20 for each (eBay) & have to say that I’ve had absolutely no problems at all. You're still within the one-year warranty period, so I'd suggest contacting Aliph customer support. They've been quite responsive to my inquiries, so you shouldn't have any problem getting a resolution to this issue one way or another.
