I’ve downloaded the student version (legally!) for £30. It’s a shame it isn’t as a iso format. Doing a clean install is going to be a bit fiddly I think.
Does anyone know if I do a fresh install from Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit to Windows 7 64-bit, will I be able to install more memory from the 2GB I max out now?
My HP Pavilion dv2000 is definitely capable of 64 bit.
My laptop has 2 memory slots maxing out at 1GB per memory slot.
Chris, there is a way to ISO the EXE.. it was either a link on Gizmodo, or Engadget. Sorry I do not have the actual link.
Aah, here it is!
