Check out the new sleek and compact wireless Inspire S2 speaker system from Creative. This 2.1 system includes a 17-watt subwoofer and 2 palm sized satellite speakers. It makes a great companion for notebooks, PCs or mobile devices and provides wireless music playback via its built-in wireless receiver (using the apt-X Audio Codec) or any notebook or PC with a USB port by means of a plug and play USB Bluetooth transmitter. Users can also play and control music on the Creative Inspire S2 Wireless speaker system from other Bluetooth-enabled devices. At around $100, they won’t put a huge dent in your bank account either.

Does it use BT to connect to the sattelite speakers or is that just for the audio device to connect to the system? It doesn’t seem like you would get good separation if you use BT from the audio device to the speakers.
This does look interesting for an application I have in mind for my boat. I would like to put a TV on my boat and use my iPhone to run movies into the TV but I would like a better sound system than the speakers in the TV. It’s kind of hard to run wiring around the boat so this might work really well. I wonder if they may a full 5.1 surround sound system?
This is awesome, I’d like to use it to connect to my less than impressive Dell E6400, which is perfect in all fronts other than audio!
