Just as with different coffee beans there are diff temps depending on the types of teas and how delicate they are. Also remember some teas like oolong can endure more than one steep not to mention you are supposed to steep them more than once...each time you steep you get a changing aroma and flavor

Green Tea	160 degrees	1 - 3 minutes
White Tea	180 degrees 4 - 8 minutes
Oolong Tea 190 degrees 1 - 8 minutes
Black Tea	Rolling Boil	3 - 5 minutes
Herbal Rolling Boil 5 - 8 minutes

But how are you supposed to know what temperature you need to heat it up for your teabags? I've heard of different temperatures working for different coffee beans, but never for teabags!
Sorry... forgot to say great post - can't wait to read your next one!
