I think today’s video offers some good advice for getting the most out of your laptop battery. Since I’m currently considering switching from a desktop to a laptop, I found it particularly interesting. Hope you get something out of it too…

Heat destroys the life of laptop batteries quicker than anything. I recommend a laptop cooler and a free product, I use called Battery Care, which can be easily found with a google search.
Most importantly, find reliable, ultra-low priced refurbished laptop batteries on ebay and keep a spare or two. You’d be surprised to know that these refurb laptop batteries are a fraction of the cost of new and they last just as long from my own experience.
