		<description>I am reluctant to purchase either the M-edge or Amazon covers, which use the attachment latches because so many folks have claimed that the pressure from these devices eventually cracks their screens.  There was a class-action suit, http://news.digitaltrends.com/news-article/20406/class-action-suit-seeks-5-mln-for-cracked-kindles        
which eventually caused Amazon to drop its $200 &quot;replacement&quot; fee for the people who had encountered this problem.

BEWARE...this is NOT uncommon damage. Perhaps in version 2.1, the Kindle case attachment method can be made more reliable, but until then, I think I will stick to the &quot;ugly&quot; leather or elastic or velcro versions, which don&#039;t crack the screen.</description>
