The VAX77 MIDI Keyboard Controller from Infinite Response has to be the coolest looking musical instrument that I’ve seen in awhile. It includes MIDI in and MIDI out, as well as full USB support and is available in three different key weights. Of course, the most notable feature is the fact that it folds in half!

Just took a look at their web site… Very nice. Mag alloy casing. Loads of nice features. A little pricey though… $2650. Don’t think my budget will stretch to that.
Is the company still in business? I’ve been following this for over a year, but their website hasn’t been updated since January. They’re supposedly selling them now, but I’ve seen zero about it anywhere.
