Mine just failed a week or so ago. I was bummed to say the least. I contacted Case-Mate and they exchanged it under warranty. I love extended batteries but hate having to hold it when I use the phone. Plus I love holsters too! So this makes a perfect combination. Too bad I don't use the Blackberry Bold.
