Well send it back and they'll replace it. How about LOSING IT ENTIRELY? Well they'll sell you a new one at half price - all on your word. I had the misfortune of losing my beloved Tilley Hemp Hat (wide brim, mocha brown) and they surely took great care of me - even though my registration card apparently didn't reach them!
