The CyFi is a portable speaker available in a 2.4GHz version and an A2DP Bluetooth version. The Bluetooth version can function as a handsfree speakerphone. It has a rechargable battery and charges through a docking station. It can mount to your bike, boat, backpack etc, with the provided attachement. The only issue I see with it is the price. The Bluetooth version is $179.95 and the iPod version is $199.95.

The bluetooth version for the bike just gave me a flashback when people actually thought it was “hip” by carrying around boomboxes in the streets. I doubt people would be pleased to hear your bike music while biking in Central Park. It’s HAMMER TIME….
