That looks neat, but poor choice of battery as mentioned.

When I was a courier for a couple of years in the mid 1990's, I had a book with messages you could quickly flip to and display to neighboring drivers. A supervisor got wind of it and said 'Cool, but don't use it while you're on the clock.".

Blinking your turn lights Right-Left-Right quickly after each other means "thank you" in The Netherlands.
Truck drivers use it for a couple of years already.

Signs take too long to read - what you really need is a bullhorn. :)

I've always thought it would be nice to have a sign like that. I would like one that said, "Thanks," "Why are your bright lights on?," "You don't need to tailgate me," etc.

It would be nice if you could have one on the front of your car as well that says things like, "Thanks for cutting me off," "Turn signals aren't just a good idea; they're the law," and things like that.

I used to have one of those in Europe, in an area where extra lights on your car would fall under the "grey" part of the law. Apart from starting some road rage moments (mine was an older model with the smiley, the frown and "Thanks", "Back Off" and "Idiot" too) it didn't help much. Being at risk of having my windshield smashed with a baseball bat I took it off, 'cause all the fun didn't compensate for some real idiots out on the road.
In Canada, I asked and it's illegal, period. You're not supposed to add anything to your car's light system.
The blinking was stupid too, as it would blink twice at 5-6 seconds intervals once a button was pressed. If all other drivers were grannies this would've been useful, but in 5-6 seconds on a highway, by the time the damn thing blinks twice there's already someone else behind you, most likely another driver you didn't intend the message being sent to.
My guess is, this was designed by someone with no real sense of driving and most likely without a driving licence. Moreover the designer must've had an eyesight problem, hence the huge dimensions of the thing. Having no confirmation lights on the remote is another stupid thing, as you never can be sure if the light fired or not. On top of it all, it's perfectly useless in the winter as leaving it in your car at sub-zero would drain the batteries out in a matter of minutes.
My two cents? Keep your money.
