Also, while it is plugged in, the menu button works because it will turn the autoplay function both on and off. So the menu button cannot be defective it must be something else. I am not sure... very frustrating... It is meant as a gift for my mom. So I received it today but it won't turn on. I can only turn it on when it is connected to the PC. What am I doing wrong ? How long does it takes to be fully charged for the first time ? It is connected to the PC since 4 hours.
