I got one of these for X-mas from my wife. It is the black model. It did come with the small extension cord - which is good because both of our phones have the oversized, horizontally challenged plugs like you showed in your photo, so we couldn't get at the third outlet! It works great, we even hooked up our baby monitor to it.</p> <p>It even came with a plate of cranberry muffins like in your last photo!
