The earpiece is 2 part design and will fall apart constantly with a required return to the factory. Quality of calls is fine but the noise cancelling isn’t good. Buy something else with a 1 piece earpiece.

I have had this Bluetooth and sound quality is awsome. One button to work everything isn’t hard to figure out…especailly if you read the instructions.

I purchased this headset for my Palm Centro a few weeks ago. It is replacing a Jabra JX10 and a Plantronics Voyager 510. I have tried numerous Bluetooth headsets before this one, ever since I had the Treo 650. I never did try the Jawbone.

People I have talked to on this headset tell me the microphone sounds the best of any headset I have used. It is very loud and clear for them. The noise reduction seems to work well, also. I tried it with my car on the highway and with the windows open.

Again, I can’t compare it to the Jawbone, but for me this is a keeper and the best BT headset I have owned.

My favorite feature of this headset is the one button design. Other than that, it doesn’t do it for me…

I like some Plantronics devices, but I feel like this one doesn’t have too much going for it. I hate when earpieces or headphones fit awkwardly and cannot be adjusted. Ya hear?
