You&#039;re right, it does use Navteq maps of the US and Canada. I can&#039;t find any place that mentions the chipset of the GPS receiver. Just the processor (ATLAS2 300MHz ARM926EJ) of the device.</description>

		<description>It looks like a NavTeq - based system (iGuidance, etc...). What chipset does it use? SiRF III? With the 16 parallel connections, I&#039;m guessing not.</description>
