Hello lorr29,

Am facing the same problem from time to time, I am even missing some calls. Sometimes for an incoming call the I320 stays in sleep while the soft keys are only blinking, you cannot answer or reject a call and it’s not saved in the call history so there’s no way to find out who was calling.
Have you found the solution to that problem? the Samsung service center told me I had the latest software version and asked to hard reset the device and that did not solve the problem.
