As a person who is constantly daydreaming about technology, I found myself thinking about which gadgets or technology that I couldn't live without if the situation presented itself. After careful consideration, I have realized that… I wouldn't shed a tear over the loss of my cellphone, since I don't use it all that much. I wouldn't agonize too long over the sacrifice of my iPod because there is still such a thing as radio. I wouldn't be in shock without my PDA because I could go back to using a Franklin planner if I absolutely had to and I could read actual paperback books instead of ebooks. I could also turn in my digital camera for a film camera if it came right down to it. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't WANT to get rid of any of these devices, but I could live without them if I had to. What things would I be in misery without? The number one thing surprises me most because it isn't even a physical device. It's e-mail… I'm a hopeless addict. Number two on my can't-live-without list is television. I'm a couch potato and always will be. Long live Survivor! Number three is my ReplayTV PVR, and number four would have to be the internet. What about you? What are the gadgets that you just can't you live without? Inquiring minds what to know.
