I've been enjoying my first big screen TV for 5 days now. All I can say is WOW! When the guys first brought it into my basement living room, I was very worried that I had picked a set that was way too big for the space. But after moving the Lazy Boy recliners back a foot or so, turning off the lights and popping in the DVD Lord of the Rings Two Towers, I am totally in love! Off the air HD programming just blows me away; this TV looks like plasma. Today DirecTV is installing a new dish so that I can also grab HD content off the satellite.
The only thing I'm bummed about now, is the fact that Mitsubishi has just announced a new 85″ set… Drats, my 65″ seems so puny now ;o)
