Judie’s Gear Diary – 2003-10-23

I have Google'd it to death, but I can't find any more information about the Nokia 7200 GSM/GPRS mobile phone pictured at this (French) site. Supposedly it will be available October 28.
Even though the phone has plenty of cool features, I am most intrigued with the color coordinated “style packs” and “textile covers”. Hmmmm…if this phone were available with Louis Vuitton pattern inserts, then I might just have to move to Europe! ;0)
UPDATE: Well, like many things that look really cool, it turns out that this phone was a fake. Maybe there will be something similar one day. Hmmmm…speaking of fakes – there have been a few mock-ups of future CLIE (and other PDA) designs floating about the web. Have you seen anything that you didn't think you could live without?
