FedEx Rocks!!!
…more specifically, Mary Ann and Harvey in the Manilla office are the best! They are the ones that made sure that the eBay shyster (read my 09/02 diary entry) didn't get to keep my iPAQ 5455 after “paying” for it with a stolen PayPal account. They made sure that as soon as it got off the truck, it was put right back on – on its way back to me! Since the crook had already called to arrange pickup at the FedEx station (his delivery address was phony), I was worried that my iPAQ would somehow slip through the cracks…but they didn't let it happen! Thank you Mary Ann and Harvey for excellent customer service!!!
