I'm virtualy certain this stylus scratched my Palm Vx screen.

I've used various different styluses before, including other 3-in-1 models, and one specific thing I noticed about this one was that the plastic of the tip was unusually hard. I thought that since it was smooth and round, perhaps it wouldn't matter. However, after just one month of using it, I started to notice that it was becoming increasingly difficult for the digitizer to recognize my writing. Then, one day when I was paying particular attention, I noticed that the number area (which I almost never use) was MUCH smoother than the letter area. The letter area was nearly perfect before, and the new scratches absolutely coincided with my use of this stylus. Now I can barely use this handheld because the digitizer reads my writing wrong more often than right.

I would never "swear" that the stylus caused the scratches without some sort of scientific test, but I'm almost certain it did, and now I will have to either replace the unit, or pay Palm $100 to change the screen.

I just thought I should share this with you all, and see if anyone has had a similar experience.

It has the same functionality as the Handspring Pen/Stylus. At least it has a nicer tip.
