I had to look very closely at the Black painted D-rings to notice any wear. There is a bit, but it's not noticeable at all. The inside surface of claw hooks that attach the shoulder strap to the D-rings do have some visible wear though. You can see the shiny silver of the metal. Again, not super noticeable though, unless you're looking for it. @WCL I’m no longer using that bag, but my SO has been carrying one for a couple of years now.
