New to the board...first post. Love the 'Juice' but having a problem with Tip #6. Trying to use it with my Toshiba Libretto L5W. The problem is that when I plug it into a household/office outlet, the blue LED cycles from bright to dim. If I plug it into my laptop, the power also fades in and out. Now on the flipside, if I plug the setup in my vehicle, everything works fine. In searching the web, this seems to be a known problem but I haven't seen anything that it's been addressed.
