I tried to use the pen this morning 4/11/11, I can not get the plunger to stay locked into place to use any of the 4 pens. Is there any was to have this item repaired? We have a staff of over 4000 people I was trying to get reviews from my colleges, so we could order in bulk. How can we solve this issue? Good Moring,
